音乐表演焦虑的理论认知与实践应对策略研究——基于钢琴表演的视角

Abstract

音乐表演焦虑(Music Performance Anxiety,MPA)是古典音乐表演领域的普遍现象,对音乐家的职业发展 和心理健康产生深远影响。本研究采用文献综述与实践反思相结合的方法,系统分析了 MPA 的表现形式、影响机制 及应对策略。研究发现,MPA 具有生理、心理和认知三个维度的复杂表现,其影响既有消极的表演能力损害,也有 积极的唤醒促进作用。基于理论分析和钢琴表演实践经验,本研究提出了包括认知重构、身体适应训练、记忆策略 优化和失败应对机制在内的综合性管理框架。研究表明,通过科学的理论指导和系统的实践训练,音乐表演者能够 有效管理 MPA,将其转化为促进表演的积极因素。
