Abstract
The chemical industry plays a significant role in the overall economic development of China. However, due to the particularity of chemical enterprises, how to ensure production safety in chemical enterprises is a serious topic. On the basis of a brief explanation of fire and explosion prevention in chemical enterprises, this study analyzes the fire and explosion prevention safety technical measures in chemical enterprises from several aspects: controlling fire and explosion hazards, setting up explosion-proof safety measures, ensuring essential fire and explosion protection devices, and keeping fire and fire safety in mind. We look forward to making more people understand and understand the fire and explosion safety technical measures of chemical enterprises, and drawing attention to them, in order to ensure the safety and efficiency of production in chemical enterprises.

Abstract
Through studying the technical method system of integrating water function areas and control units, it is used to guide the pilot areas to carry out the pilot work of integrating water function areas and watershed control units. Through the pilot areas, the differences and problems between water function areas and the current water ecological environment management system are further clarified, and the problem of the inconsistency between the two management systems of water function areas and control units for surface water environmental quality is explored. This lays the foundation for optimizing and constructing a unified national water ecological environment management zoning system.

Abstract
This study dives into the application of optimization techniques in Water Distribution Networks (WDN), with a particular focus on Linear Programming (LP). The research explores LP's role in enhancing the efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of WDN, illustrating its application through the case study of the Trentino Water Distribution Network. Key aspects like system design, operational optimization, and emergency response are discussed, highlighting LP's strengths and limitations, especially for its reliance on linearity and parameter sensitivity. The study also briefly touches upon other methods like Multi-objective Optimization, Machine Learning, and Genetic Algorithms, while suggesting the potential integration of Dynamic Programming to address LP's constraints. This comprehensive analysis aims to offer insights into optimizing WDN for future sustainability and resilience, emphasizing the evolving nature of optimization techniques in response to contemporary challenges.
