Abstract Caohai in Guizhou province is an important winter habitat for black-necked cranes. Based on the data of field observation in the last two years, the related distribution and factors of black-necked crane night habitat community in Caohai winter were found. The kernel density estimation method was used to explore the spatial distribution of nocturnal habitat of crane population. BIOENV analysis and typical correspondence analysis were also used to investigate the environmental impact of nocturnal habitat distribution. The night habitat of blacknecked crane is mainly in two places south and west of the lake, and the single area group is more significant. The water depth and the distance from the settlement were the main reasons for the black-necked crane to choose its night habitat. Deep water provides a sense of security for the black-necked crane, while staying away from settlements avoids human disturbance. The results of this study can provide a reference for the protection and management of black-necked Hexiang group in Caohai Lake, Guizhou Province. The protection of the night habitat should closely consider the effective protection of the lake water area, water quality and aquatic living resources, as well as the environmental optimization around the settlement.

Abstract In recent years, the trend of agricultural technology innovation is developing towards the integration of biotechnology and electronic machinery, in order to achieve efficient, accurate and sustainable agriculture. This study explores the sustainability of biotechnology and electro-mechanical integrated agriculture (BEMA) from an environmental science perspective. Firstly, the application of BEMA in agricultural ecosystem and its impact on environment were studied by means of investigation and statistical analysis. Studies have shown that BEMA can bring multiple environmental benefits to agricultural production systems, including resource optimization, circular agriculture promotion, ecological plant protection, and environmental load reduction. Then, through systematic analysis and model construction, this study analyzed the role of BEMA in promoting the efficient use of land and water resources, improving agricultural production efficiency, and mitigating the negative impact of agricultural emissions on the environment. In addition, we also explored the possible paths and strategies to promote the sustainable development of BEMA from the three levels of policy, economy and society. The results of this study will provide diversified and feasible suggestions for agricultural technology innovation and environmental protection.

Abstract The Mesozoic paleo-ecological environment in Inner Mongolia is complex and diverse, providing a rich place for biological survival and evolution. In this paper, the systematics and taxonomic diversity of the Late Cretaceous squamates in Inner Mongolia were studied. The collected fossil specimens were subjected to CT scanning, three-dimensional reconstruction and morphological characteristics analysis to preliminarily identify the fossil taxa. The phylogenetic tree of the squamates was constructed by using the branch systematics method, and the phylogenetic relationship of the squamates was analyzed. The results show that the classification diversity of Late Cretaceous scaly in Inner Mongolia is high and widely distributed. This study provides new evidence for the in-depth understanding of the evolution and geographical distribution of scaly, and has important scientific significance for promoting the study of paleontology and geology. The results of this study provide a basis for the further development of related fields.

Abstract This paper examines a micro pressure-controlled metal diaphragm for parallel double chamber firing. The diaphragm, featuring a positive arch and double X-grooves, bursts under pressure without detachment. The convex side bears more pressure. Key parameters, including rupture pressure and diameter, were calculated using design theory. CEL simulations analyzed pressure capacity and rupture deformation. Experiments verified simulations: concave max pressure was 5 MPa, convex 7 MPa, a 40% difference. This design informs multichamber weapons and high-pressure devices.
