Abstract
Nursing is a highly practical discipline, but the original curriculum system is out of line with the post, the professional characteristics are not obvious; The society’s requirements for the knowledge, skills and quality of nursing talents are increasing day by day. Therefore, the nursing major of our school draws on the experience of the education model of “integration of post courses and competition certifi cates” and reconstructs the curriculum system based on the post needs, industry standards and competition standards to meet the social demand for nursing talents, improve the quality of talent training and achieve the training goals.
