Abstract
The training of non-commissioned offi cers’ ideological and political literacy in colleges and universities is an inevitable requirement for deepening military reform and promoting military modernization. Soldiers are the fresh force of the army, and the directional training of non-commissioned offi cers is one of the ways to transport high-quality and high-ability talents for the army. However, in the process of training non-commissioned offi cers, the importance of ideological and political accomplishment can not be ignored. This paper will discuss the current situation, main contents and cultivation strategies of the orientation training of non-commissioned offi cers’ ideological and political literacy in colleges and universities, in order to provide certain references and suggestions for the orientation training of non-commissioned offi cers’ ideological and political literacy.
