Abstract
Under the development background of the new era, with the proposal of the construction concept and goal of “double fi rstclass”, new development opportunities and challenges have been brought to the newly established local undergraduate colleges. In this case, local undergraduate colleges should establish a high degree of awareness of discrimination, grasp and grasp the development opportunities at the same time, but also to correctly discriminate and look at the development challenges faced, and then promote the new local undergraduate colleges to achieve high-quality and high-level development.
