Abstract
In order to create a profound image of the city, enrich the spiritual needs of the public. For China's current urban landscape construction is growing but ignore the space for the construction of "people" meaning, leading to the public for the phenomenon of lack of urban space identity, through the analysis of the city public art, the public art under the threshold of collective memory, and analyzes the influence of the urban collective memory construction mechanism, think it helps to enhance the public identity and urban space.
