Abstract
According to conservation of resources theory, our research explores the behavioral strategy, mechanism, and boundary condition for employees to respond to the application of artificial intelligence technology. We show that the application of artificial intelligence technology triggers the employee's proactive learning behavior. The job insecurity plays a part of the mediating role between the application of artificial intelligence technology and the employee's proactive learning behavior.
