Abstract
As an English for special purpose, business English has attracted more and more attention in its
teaching mode and means. How to cultivate excellent business English talents suitable for the development of
today's society and how to explore teaching methods and ways suitable for business English majors have become
urgent problems to be solved. Based on the analysis of the reform direction and content of business English
teaching, this paper puts forward the following methods: firstly, actively apply the modern teaching system;
secondly, from the perspective of classroom teaching, solve the problems of students' poor oral ability and
grammar writing ability and improve students' initiative in learning English knowledge; finally, fully stimulate
students' interest in English learning and gradually improve the existing teaching conditions. All the measures
proposed are based on the relevant teaching practice contents in TESOL teaching mode, such as autonomous
learning, cooperative learning and group teaching.

Abstract
This paper explores the characteristics of the current market environment, existing problems, and
corresponding optimization strategies. It analyzes the market size and growth trends, technological innovation
and competition patterns, as well as the status and role of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the
market. In response to issues such as market monopolies, insufficient competition, challenges and difficulties
faced by SMEs, and deficiencies in policies and regulations, optimization strategies are proposed, including
enhancing the competitiveness of SMEs, establishing a sound market mechanism and regulatory framework, and
strengthening technological innovation and talent cultivation. The implementation of these measures aims to
promote the optimization of the market environment and sustainable economic development.

Abstract
According to conservation of resources theory, our research explores the behavioral strategy,
mechanism, and boundary condition for employees to respond to the application of artificial intelligence
technology. We show that the application of artificial intelligence technology triggers the employee's proactive
learning behavior. The job insecurity plays a part of the mediating role between the application of artificial
intelligence technology and the employee's proactive learning behavior.

Abstract
Taking the matching mechanism between vocational education and the needs of emerging industries
as the research object, this paper analyzes the development trend of vocational education, the characteristics of
the needs of emerging industries, and the current status of their matching. Through in-depth research on the
professional setting, talent cultivation, and collaborative innovation mechanisms in vocational education, this
paper reveals the existing problems in the matching between vocational education and the needs of emerging
industries, and proposes corresponding optimization countermeasures. This paper aims to provide theoretical
support and practical guidance for the matching between vocational education and the needs of emerging
industries in China.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract
The theory of human capital originated from economic research. In the 1960s, American economists
Schultz and Becker founded the theory of human capital, opening up new ideas about human production capacity.
This theory believes that human capital is the capital reflected in the human body, which is the sum of expenses
for education, vocational training, and the opportunity cost of receiving education for producers. It is manifested
as the total stock of various production knowledge, labor and management skills, and health qualities contained
in the human body. The theory of the education system in this article is crucial. The contribution of this study is
to use economic analysis tools to propose the construction of an education oriented approach, providing a new
path analysis for how to shape new human capital in China's national conditions, and contributing new elements
to the construction of a Chinese style human capital system.
