Abstract

This paper aims to study lifting risk management and emergency strategies to enhance the safety and efficiency of lifting operations. Using case analysis, it summarizes risks and lessons learned from actual cases and proposes corresponding management and emergency strategies. The findings indicate that establishing a comprehensive risk assessment and management plan, training operators, and setting up emergency response procedures are effective measures for lifting risk management and emergency response.
