高等学校应用型本科职业教育发展现状与问题对策

Abstract
本文讨论了普通应用型本科大学在学生职业规划教育方面的研究内容,并分析了当前职业教育在本科阶段存 在的问题:区域差异分配不均、职业指导缺少创新性、实践教学薄弱等。本文提出了建立产业学院,倡导“理实一 体化”课程建设,利用 AI 等技术构建多元化的职业指导模式,提供个性化、持续性的生涯发展支持。
