Abstract
针对工科人才培养过程中理论与实践脱节、学生创新能力薄弱等问题,本研究以成果导向教育(Outcomes-Based Education,OBE)为核心,坚持“以终为始、量化可测、分层递进”的原则,将微针相关科研成果拆解为基 础—进阶—创新三级实践任务,搭建起“梯度化拆解—课程化绑定—沉浸式场景—资源化保障—动态化评价”一体 式转化体系,明确各学段可衡量能力目标与递进关系,推动科研资源与实践教学深度融合,为生物材料类课程的科 研成果教学转化提供可落实、可复刻的实施范例。
