家校协同育人背景下教师家校沟通策略及学校支持体系研究

Abstract
家校协同育人是提升学生发展质量的重要路径,有效的家校沟通则是形成教育合力的关键基础。本文基于国 际研究,从教师家校沟通实践与学校支持家校沟通两个层面提出优化策略。教师层面应重视双向沟通与定期沟通, 采用以解决问题为导向的沟通策略,考虑家庭差异使用多元沟通方式,并在与较难参与学校教育的家庭沟通时进行 个性化调整。学校层面应通过需求评估、教师沟通能力培养和团队建设,为家校沟通提供制度保障。
