法国教育数字化转型历史沿革、现实案例及启示

Abstract

法国是世界第七大经济体，也是欧洲数字技术的强国之一。世界银行数据显示，近年法国在教育和科研方 面年均投入 1.6 亿欧元，占国内生产总值比重约 6.75%，是世界上最重视教育的发达国家之一。2024 年中法建交 60 周年之际，中法论坛中的专家学者们表示未来两国还会在经济和文化等方面有巨大的合作空间。法国的教育信息化 起步较早，在工程人才、技术设备和网络普及率方面有较好的基础，因此研究法国教育的数字化转型具有重要意义。 论文结合欧盟数字化转型战略梳理法国从20世纪70年代至今的教育数字化转型历程，并分析其在转型中的具体措施， 为中国的教育数字化转型提供参考借鉴。
