Abstract
Traditional garden flowers play an important role in Chinese garden art, and represent rich historical,
cultural and aesthetic value. However, with the acceleration of modern urbanization process, the traditional
garden flowers face the risk of being ignored and forgotten. Studying its innovative application and inheritance
strategy in modern landscape design is not only the need to protect the traditional culture, but also an important
way to enhance the aesthetics and ecological value of modern landscape. This paper analyzes the historical origin,
cultural connotation and aesthetic characteristics of traditional garden flowers and reveals their value in modern
landscape design. By discussing the development and trend of modern landscape design, the innovative
application method of traditional garden flowers in modern landscape design is proposed. From the three aspects
of cultural inheritance and innovation integration, skill inheritance and traditional craft protection, and
sustainable development strategy, the paper expounds the inheritance strategy of traditional garden flowers in
modern landscape design, provides new ideas and methods for modern landscape design, and promotes the
inheritance and development of traditional garden flowers.

Abstract
This study explores three key areas in the integration of digital governance and urban informatization
management: technological integration and innovation, data security and privacy protection, and the
development of an informatization talent team. Firstly, it emphasizes the importance of technological integration
and innovation in enhancing urban governance efficiency and proposes strategies to strengthen technological
integration and innovation. Secondly, in response to the challenges of data security and privacy protection, this
study discusses the necessity of establishing a comprehensive data security and privacy protection system.
Thirdly, this study focuses on analyzing the critical role of strengthening the informatization talent team in
promoting the integration of digital governance and urban informatization management and provides

Abstract
This paper delves into the balance between cultural preservation and modern design in the
revitalization of historic districts. Against the backdrop of globalization and urbanization, historic districts face
a tense relationship between preservation and development. The article first analyzes the cultural value of historic
districts and their importance in modern society, followed by an exploration of the impact of modern design
concepts on the spatial layout and cultural heritage of historic districts. Through comparative analysis of
domestic and international cases of historic district revitalization, this paper reveals the conflicts and points of
integration between cultural preservation and modern design in practice. The article further proposes strategies
to achieve a balance between cultural preservation and modern design in the revitalization of historic districts,
including design principles, methodologies, and policy recommendations. Through case studies, this paper
demonstrates how to respect historical cultural heritage while introducing modern design elements to promote
the vitality and sustainable development of historic districts. The research results emphasize that the balance
between cultural preservation and modern design is the key to the success of historic district revitalization, which
is of significant importance for the inheritance and innovation of urban cultural heritage.

Abstract
The introduction of Spartina alterniflora to China has resulted in severe ecological consequences,
elevating the need for its control to a national strategic priority. Focusing on Meishan Bay, this study examines
the beach area following Spartina alterniflora management efforts, providing a comprehensive assessment of
vegetation recovery and the factors influencing it. Our findings indicate that the primary restored vegetation
consists of Spartina alterniflora, Suaeda salsa, and reed communities. Notably, Spartina alterniflora demonstrates
the fastest recovery rate, Suaeda salsa recovers at an average speed, while reed shows the slowest recovery. This
pattern can be attributed to Spartina alterniflora's inherent growth traits and its adaptability to specific beach
environmental conditions, including lower elevation, extended seawater submergence duration, and deeper
seawater submergence.

Abstract
In order to compile the bench fatigue test specification for pickup trucks leaf-spring bushing, the multibody dynamics body model of the pickup trucks was built, the hub acceleration and suspension displacement
which has been acquired from proving ground are taken as target signal, by applying virtual iteration technique,
the dynamic load spectrum of bushing has been extracted. In order to keep the connection between the bench
test and the road of proving ground, according to equivalent damage theory, the bench fatigue test specification
has been compiled by using multi-block fatigue load method, and the time consuming of bench test has been
shortened, and acceleration factor of 5.03 was achieved by comparing the test time of bench test and proving
ground, the bushing has ultimately passed the durability validation of bench test.
