Abstract To prevent and control the “non-agriculturalization” and “non-grainization” of arable land and permanently designated basic farmland, China must comprehensively establish a Field Manager System aimed at the protection of these lands. This platform is supported by digital technologies and focuses on the regulation of arable land use. By integrating microservices architecture, distributed storage and search technologies, and relational databases, the system ensures the real-time availability, accuracy, and security of data. This integration facilitates large-scale, high-concurrency storage, querying, loading, and high-quality management of arable land-related data. Ultimately, by constructing an intelligent supervision platform for the Field Manager System in arable land protection, the platform achieves functionalities including arable land data management, field inspection task management, anomaly reporting and handling, problem verification and rectification, equipment maintenance, personnel management, and responsibility assessment. This integration forms an end-to-end closedloop process encompassing the monitoring, discovery, warning, reporting, review, rectification, and case handling of arable land issues. Consequently, it enhances arable land protection planning and supervision, standardizes the management processes for arable land protection, strengthens interdepartmental collaboration and coordination, and effectively improves the standardization, precision, intelligence, and efficiency of arable land protection efforts.

Abstract Against the backdrop of global climate change, carbon trading markets and carbon sink mechanisms have become vital tools for controlling greenhouse gas emissions and achieving carbon neutrality. This paper takes the carbon markets in the European Union and China as examples and employs economic theories to construct a supply-demand model and a regression analysis model. The aim is to explore how increasing carbon sink supply contributes to carbon sequestration and ecological sustainability. To answer “What influences the market stability and carbon trading prices of the environment when implementing an environmental governance framework with an increase in carbon sink supply?”. The study first reviews the current research on carbon trading and carbon sinks both domestically and internationally, then introduces the research methodology and data sources. Through the development of a mathematical model and empirical analysis, the mechanism of how increased carbon sink supply acts as a carbon sequestration mitigator and thus the policy recommendations are made. The results of the study show that an increase in carbon sink efficiency as a result of well-established governance, and more successful environmental regulations are needed to reach carbon neutrality in the long run by giving policy suggestions for better environmental sustainability.

Abstract Traditional villages are excellent representatives of traditional culture and new hotspots for modern rural tourism. The Minnan region, backed by mountains and facing the sea, has been deeply influenced by Central Plain culture and maritime culture. Villages in the Minnan region exhibit diverse characteristics, with the most distinctive architectural feature being the red brick walls and swallow-tail ridges. With the acceleration of urbanization, some traditional Minnan villages have suffered damage, and the architectural art of some traditional Minnan villages is gradually disappearing. This paper aims to integrate modern architectural concepts and techniques into the architectural art of Minnan villages and use symbiosis theory to protect and inherit this architectural art, ensuring the preservation of traditional Minnan villages and showcasing their unique architectural beauty.

Abstract With the aggravation of global climate change and environmental pollution, pollution reduction and carbon reduction has become an urgent global task. Megacities, as the main source of energy consumption and pollution emissions, face complex challenges in emission reduction. Based on the scenario-driven theory, this paper deeply analyzes the mechanism of pollution reduction and carbon reduction in megacities, and explores the industrial synergies and their optimization path. The STIRPAT model and collaborative control coordinate system were used to simulate the emission reduction effect in different scenarios, quantify the impact of various emission reduction measures on carbon emissions, and evaluate the effect of various collaborative control measures. The research results show that there are significant synergistic effects between the three scenarios of energy structure adjustment, transportation emission reduction and building energy conservation improvement. Reasonable policies and technical measures can effectively reduce carbon emissions and pollutant emissions, providing a scientific basis and practical path for pollution reduction and carbon reduction in megacities

Abstract : In order to study the differences in cadmium accumulation characteristics of maize seedlings under different soil cadmium conditions, field experiments were carried out with common maize varieties in the region as experimental materials and the accumulation and enrichment ability of maize cadmium as the research object. The results showed that the accumulation and enrichment ability of maize varieties to cadmium were different under the conditions of soil cadmium content of 0.86 mg/kg and 0.18 mg/kg. In Liuyang base, the Cd enrichment coefficient of seedling root of Xiangnongtianyu 3 was the largest, which was 1.64. The Cd enrichment coefficient of seedling root of Xianghuiyu 1 was the smallest, which was 0.59. The Cd enrichment coefficient of seedling leaf of Xiangnongyu 22 was the largest, which was 1.35. The Cd enrichment coefficient of seedling leaf of Xiangnongbainuo 2 was the smallest, which was 0.56. The root enrichment coefficient of Xiangnongtianyu 3 at seedling stage was the largest, which was 4.25, and that of Xiangnongbainuo 2 was the smallest, which was 2.36. The leaf Cd enrichment coefficient of Xiangnongyu 22 at seedling stage was the largest, which was 4.33, and that of Xiangnongyu 36 at seedling stage was the smallest, which was 1.75. These maize varieties were planted in the soil with 0.18 mg/kg cadmium content, but most of them showed strong enrichment ability. Therefore, field experiment and demonstration are necessary and important measures to promote the planting of maize varieties in areas with moderate and mild cadmium pollution.
