Abstract
Labor education is an important part of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics in the new era. According to the real situation of college students, to carry out labor education for them, we should closely combine the characteristics of the times, actively explore and practice the college labor education mode with Chinese characteristics, focus on the particularity of talent training in Colleges and universities and the practicality of the education mode, and give full play to the advantages of random education organization, such as simple development, timely and concise content, flexible and vivid form, Efforts should be made to make a breakthrough in deepening the content of labor education, to achieve some results in promoting the innovative development of labor education, to educate people in labor and practice, to improve personal moral cultivation, to create a good atmosphere of respecting and loving labor, and to inject new vitality into the fundamental task of moral education in universities.
