Practical research on the moral education function of development oriented funding for college students in Private Colleges

Abstract
the subsidy policy for college students in China is now in the process of gradual improvement, and the focus of student subsidy work is also in the process of transformation, starting to turn to development-oriented subsidy. Developmental funding in Colleges and universities has a certain moral education function. How to play the role of developmental independent moral education in Colleges and universities and make it the starting point of moral education in Colleges and universities is the key issue for moral education teachers in Colleges and universities. Taking the students of private colleges and universities as an example, this paper explores the problems and Countermeasures Existing in the development of independent moral education function, hoping to play the educational function of the development oriented funding model.
