Abstract
Social work plays an important role in the field of grassroots governance, and plays an increasingly important role in providing professional services, promoting community development, participating in public affairs, and promoting social equity. In the context of promoting the modernization of grass-roots governance, by establishing a n eff ective communication mechanism, strengthening professional training, innovative service models and strengthening cooperation with other fi elds, social work can better participate in grassroots governance and improve governance effi ciency.
