Abstract
“One-stop” student community is one of the key projects in the construction of colleges and universities. As the main object of the community and the object of education and management, college students, how to give full play to their autonomy, initiative and creativity in the construction of the community, and realize the self-management, self-education and self-service of community students, is the main content of this paper. This paper starts with the “one-stop” student community management mode under the concept of “threeall education”, deeply analyzes the significance of the practical exploration of “three-self-education”, and takes a private university in Guangzhou as an example, from the three aspects of community students “three-self-education” platform construction, team training and management innovation. To explore the practice path of “three-self-education” under the “one-stop” student community management mode.
