Abstract In the situation where the main credit supply of the country’s enterprises is done through the banking system, it is necessary to analyze and explore the defects of the financing and credit supply relationship between banks and enterprises. This study is considered a descriptive-applied research and the required data were collected through library studies, workplace observation, and interviews with process experts. In this research, 37 credit experts from 17 different bank branches were interviewed about the process of granting facilities. Work-Centered Analysis (WCA) framework and conducting audits through questionnaires and related checklists revealed that the structure of Iran’s credit supply chain network suffers from such problems as deviation in the appropriate use of allocated credit resources, structural faults of the banking system and lack of administrative health, high bureaucracy, directed facilities, etc. In the end, some suggestions are provided for redesign and optimization of the credit supply network.

Abstract The logistics chain creates value for the end user by competing with other logistics chains, therefore it is necessary to more accurately measure, calculate and evaluate its potential depending on the specific management situation. The solution of these objectives requires qualitative methods of research of logistics chains based on the use of classification attributes and dichotomies of management objects, the combination of which allows us to justify clear criteria for assessing the potential of a logistics chain of two types. The article substantiates the content of the terms “potential of a logistics chain” and “logistics potential”, offers options for the potential of a logistics chain focused on creating values for end consumers of products and services; based on the set of relevant qualitative attributes, the structure of the potential of a logistics chain, including four groups of criteria, is substantiated; a methodology for calculating the potential of a logistics chain is developed. The obtained results will allow us to assess the compliance of the potential of logistics chain with the demands and content of the value of end consumers of products and services; to determine its strengths and weaknesses; to develop measures to adapt the potential of the logistics chain to a specific management situation and create methodological prerequisites for digitalization of the methodology for calculating the potential of a logistics chain.

Abstract This study includes the supply chain management practices and challenges of the three EOTC worship requirement supplies i,e Myrrh, Frankincense, and grape. Myrrh is a gum resin extracted from some small, thorny tree species of the genus Commiphora. Frankincense also known as olibanum is an aromatic resin used in incense and perfumes, obtained from trees of the genus Boswellia. A grape is a berry or typically green, purple, or black growing in clusters on a grapevine, eaten as a fruit and used in making wine. Therefore, the purpose of this study was investigating the challenges and practices of the Myrrh, Frankincense, and Grape supply chain system. The study used methods of assessing the most relevant literatures written from the Web of Science, Scopus, and google scholar including Ethiopian reports to the world unions. The KJV version of the holy bible mentions frankincense more than 100 times, myrrh 18 times, and grapes 7-25 times. These resources are to be used prudently and according to Leviticus' instructions. The findings indicated that three elements of worship are taking place under various, negative circumstances. All three species are widely known around the world and in Ethiopia in particular, but little is being done about them because EOTC only spends 33,075,050,000birr annually. Even key users are not heavily involved in the import-export chain. Values: The chain's stakeholders are paying a high price and losing benefits as a result of this reasons. According to church teaching, it is also necessary to use isolated Frankincense, pure grape, and pure and tested myrrh. Standardization of the supply chain and frameworked stracture should asuured by stakeholder. As far as the government concerned, and the EOTC, which accounts for the largest portion of those three consumes, it recommend to learn from the past in order to ensure future demand and supply balances.

Abstract Warehouses are pivotal components within a company's supply chain, handling crucial functions such as receiving, storing, and delivering goods to end customers. While extensive research exists on the strategic location of warehouses in network optimization, there is a notable dearth of research on how to relocate a warehouse from one site to another, particularly while minimizing associated risks. This study sheds light on a low-risk approach undertaken by a multi-level marketing (MLM) company in Malaysia during the relocation of their warehouse. The study primarily addresses several key constraints: (i) Completion of the warehouse relocation exercise in 4.5 months; (ii) Termination of their warehouse staff services during the relocation; (iii) Elimination of disruption in the order fulfillment service level; (iv) Management of temperature-sensitive goods during the transfer and storage; (v) Seamless linkage between the third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse management system (WMS) and the company's systems. The primary objective of this study is to propose a resilient strategy for the relocation of their warehouse, taking into account these key constraints faced by the company.
