Abstract Taking 32 communities in Chancheng District, Foshan City as the research object, this paper employs documentary analysis, field surveys, and questionnaire surveys to conduct a matching analysis between eight categories of public service facilities and the needs of the elderly. Chancheng faces both deep local aging and emerging demand for elderly care services driven by cultural tourism. The study identifies three major supply-demand mismatches: The dual deficiency in quantity and quality of medical and health facilities, the sparse distribution of elderly care facilities, and the spatial accessibility gap between the old town and peripheral areas. Two additional dimensions—Digital divide and the absence of tourism information services—Are identified. This paper proposes optimization pathways along three dimensions: Hierarchical layout, differentiated configuration standards, and socialized operation.

Abstract This review synthesizes studies examining evidence-based nursing (EBN) competence among Chinese nurses. Chinese nurses demonstrate moderate to low competence, with deficits in evidence appraisal and application. Individual factors (education, training), organizational factors (hospital level, climate), and self-efficacy collectively shape competence. Self-efficacy mediates organizational support effects. Barriers include time constraints, limited resources, and inadequate support. This review proposes a framework linking support, self-efficacy, and EBN competence.

Abstract To explore the internal mediating mechanism through which parental rearing affects junior high school students' mental health in digital contexts, questionnaires were distributed to 500 students, with 470 valid responses collected. Scales measuring parental rearing, self-control and mental health were adopted for measurement. The results show that positive rearing significantly alleviates depression, anxiety and other psychological disturbances, while negative rearing exacerbates maladjustment problems. Self-control partially mediates the relationship between parental rearing and adolescents' mental health. Online exposure amplifies this mediating effect: High self-control buffers psychological losses caused by negative online information, whereas negative parenting continuously depletes self-control resources and triggers multiple psychological issues among teenagers. This study provides empirical evidence for psychological intervention in digital family education.

Abstract Driven by emerging engineering education construction and engineering education certification, traditional experimental teaching of civil engineering materials faces prominent problems, including outdated teaching content, dominant confirmatory experiments, rigid teaching modes, single assessment mechanisms, and insufficient integration of cutting-edge technologies and moral education. These shortcomings fail to meet the industry demand for innovative and high-quality civil engineering talents under green, intelligent, and industrial transformation. Based on the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) concept, this study proposes a systematic teaching reform framework covering hierarchical content optimization, online-offline blended teaching, whole-process diversified assessment, in-depth curriculum ideological and political integration, and open laboratory and production-education integration. Comparative teaching practice indicates that the reform significantly improves students' practical operation ability, innovative thinking, and comprehensive engineering literacy, thereby promoting overall teaching quality. The findings can provide practical and theoretical references for the experimental teaching optimization of civil engineering majors in local universities.

Abstract The two major bases in Inner Mongolia (the national important energy and strategic resource base, and the national important agricultural and livestock product production base) are the core strategic pivots for ensuring national energy and food security, and place new demands on computer talents who must combine technical capability with patriotism and national responsibility. Currently, there is a structural mismatch between computer science education and regional needs, and an apparent separation between ideological-political education and professional technical training. Based on the theory of serving regional strategies, this study constructs an analytical framework of 'strategic anchoring – curriculum reconstruction – practice transformation' and designs an integrated path of 'strategy – curriculum – project – competition'. Empirical evidence shows that transforming macro strategies such as energy security and rural revitalization into teaching cases and practical projects can achieve precise alignment between industry needs and educational goals, thereby enhancing students' technical skills and social responsibility awareness.

Abstract The production and rehearsal of stage plays are characterized by long cycles, complex tasks, and a high degree of teamwork, making them a natural testing ground for project-based student backbone development. Current cultivation of student backbones in higher education faces three significant practical dilemmas: "Lying-flat" (perfunctory) performance, "hollow" identification with organizational values, and "fragile" stress tolerance. This study takes the original stage play Soul of the Dongjiang River from Shenzhen Polytechnic University as a case study. It systematically analyzes the application mechanism of its full-chain educational model—Integrating "scriptwriting, creation, performance, learning, and action"— In cultivating student backbones. The findings indicate that stage play project management is notably effective in overcoming "lying-flat" attitudes, strengthening value identification, and enhancing stress resilience, thereby offering a replicable and innovative pathway for student backbone development in higher education.

Abstract Smart tourism development imposes new competency requirements for applied computer science talents. Private undergraduate colleges, as applied talent trainers, play a key role in supplying regional digital cultural-tourism professionals. However, traditional computer science training suffers from homogeneous objectives, curriculum disconnection from industry, and shallow industry-education integration. Taking Changchun University of Tourism as a case, this paper, based on OBE, constructs a "technology + industry" cross-integrated training model across six dimensions: Objectives, curriculum, teaching, practice platforms, evaluation, and faculty. Phased reforms show initial success in strengthening technical foundations and cultural-tourism application abilities, offering a reference for differentiated development of computer majors in private colleges.

Abstract With the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce in globalization and the digital economy, cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zones have become a key platform affecting China's foreign trade transformation and upgrading as well as the supply chain resilience of enterprises. Based on the full sample data of Chinese enterprises from 2010 to 2024, this study adopts a quasi-natural experiment method to explore the mechanism of comprehensive pilot zone policies on corporate supply chain resilience. The results show that the comprehensive pilot zone policies significantly improve enterprises' risk resistance capacity and supply chain response speed by optimizing supply chain resource allocation, thereby enhancing supply chain resilience. The mechanism is reflected in promoting the diversification of supply chain structure, improving the stability of supply relationships and the accuracy of supply-demand matching, affecting supply chain resilience from both security and efficiency dimensions. Heterogeneity analysis indicates that non-state-owned enterprises, high-tech industries, and small and medium-sized enterprises benefit more from the improvement of supply chain resilience, and the policy effect is more prominent in regions with poor digital infrastructure. This study not only provides a theoretical basis for the optimization and implementation of comprehensive pilot zone policies, but also offers practical implications for enterprises to enhance supply chain resilience and risk resistance capacity in future industrial transformation.

Abstract Using the 2014-2023 dataset from the National Bureau of Statistics of China, this paper studies the influence of economic factors on the quality of life. Although there are some previous studies, the collective impact of additional economic factors, such as tax revenue, year-end total population, and the economic environment, on the level of life quality has not been studied. Based on the above reasons, we will construct linear regression models to investigate how these economic factors affect people's quality of life. To make sure that the dataset is accurate and complete, we have conducted online research to obtain the missing data for 2023. The models we have developed show that the economic environment and GDP jointly affect residents' disposable income, and GDP is positively correlated with per capita consumption expenditure. The study also found that taxes, population size and the economy all affect the amount of energy used per person.

Abstract This study evaluates a convolutional neural network-k-nearest neighbors (CNN-KNN) co-learning model for adaptive student learning evaluation in higher education. A one-dimensional CNN learns a latent representation, while distance-weighted KNN corrects low-confidence cases through a validation-selected gate. Experiments use the public Predict Students' Dropout and Academic Success dataset with 4,424 student records and 36 demographic, socioeconomic, macroeconomic, and academic variables. Three evidence stages are considered: Enrollment, end of Semester 1, and end of Semester 2. Across three stratified splits, the full-stage CNN-KNN achieved 0.740 ± 0.023 accuracy and 0.691 ± 0.017 macro-F1. Accuracy was slightly above standalone CNN (0.737) and clearly above raw KNN (0.691), although Random Forest remained strongest (0.769 accuracy; 0.708 macro-F1). Accuracy increased from 0.577 at enrollment to 0.721 after Semester 1 and 0.740 after Semester 2. The hybrid is therefore better viewed as a selective, stability-oriented decision-support layer than as a universally superior classifier, while the staged design supports better-timed academic advising and student-support allocation.

Abstract Opportunity to learn (OTL) is often introduced through curriculum policy, but students meet it in a more practical form: The mathematics topics their teacher covers and the time set aside for those topics. This paper examines how these two classroom indicators are related to Grade 8 mathematics achievement in TIMSS 2023. Public-use student, mathematics-teacher, and student-teacher linkage files were brought together for the 47 education systems that supplied all three files. The final analytic sample contained 112,827 complete student-mathematics-teacher links, representing 111,954 individual students in 46 systems and 8,259 schools. Mathematics achievement was represented by five TIMSS plausible values. Content coverage was calculated as the mean percentage of students taught number, algebra, geometry/measurement, and data/probability topics. Instructional time was the teacher-reported number of mathematics hours per week. The weighted least-squares models adjusted for home educational resources, student sex, and education-system fixed effects. Each system received the same total analytic weight. Estimates were first calculated for each of the five plausible values and were then combined with Rubin's rules; standard errors were clustered by school. Average coverage was 79.67%, while mean weekly mathematics time was 3.87 hours. A one-standard-deviation increase in composite content coverage (16.27 percentage points) was associated with a 4.06-point higher mathematics score (SE = 1.06, p

Abstract In the tide of digitalization, competition among various industries has shifted from product and price competition to competition for customers and service levels. High quality customer resources and good customer relationships are important guarantees for the survival and development of enterprises. Traditional customer relationship management relies on manual or simple digital tools for operation. When faced with a large amount of multi-channel and rapidly changing customer information, it lacks the ability to meet current problems such as slow customer data processing speed, insufficient customer value discovery, and similar services, which affects the level of customer management in enterprises. With the development of artificial intelligence, intelligent data analysis, automated information processing, personalized service recommendations and other applications are gradually being applied in enterprise management, achieving a breakthrough in customer relationship management. More and more enterprises are promoting the combination of customer relationship management and artificial intelligence information systems to improve customer service, solve traditional management problems, and retain customers and enhance their competitiveness in the fiercely competitive market environment.

Abstract Against China's "Dual Carbon" goals, digital transformation acts as a critical driver for corporate green innovation. Using panel data of A-share listed manufacturing firms from 2012 to 2023, this paper investigates how digital transformation affects green innovation and tests the moderating role of two types of environmental regulations. The results indicate that digital transformation significantly promotes enterprise green innovation. Both ex-ante guidance oriented and ex post penalty oriented environmental regulations positively moderate the above relationship. Such promotion effect is stronger for high-growth, non-heavily-polluting and high-tech enterprises. This study provides theoretical basis for governments to formulate differentiated digital and environmental policies and offers references for enterprises to implement targeted green-innovation practices.

Abstract Do new quality agricultural productive forces actually move the needle on grain production efficiency in China? The old input-heavy growth model has run its course. We tackle this with panel data on 30 regions (2014–2022) and a DML estimator. The composite index lifts both land and labor productivity at 1% significance. Substantive pieces (labor, land, capital) and permeating ones (technology, data) complement, not crowd out. Three channels carry the load — Technological progress, resource reallocation, industrial upgrading. Effects hit hardest in major producing and balance areas, western provinces, and medium-development regions; high-level regions show diminishing returns. IV correction and swapping the learner leave the story unchanged.

Abstract With the spread of digital technology and changes in people's cultural consumption in recent years, many museums and other cultural institutions have begun to integrate new media in their work. The Palace Museum is the object of research in this paper, and a theoretical system for new-media marketing model innovation, consumer appeal and consumer satisfaction has been established. The four directions of new media marketing innovation are content, visuals, interaction and culture-creative IP. Questionnaires and Structural Equation Models (SEM) will be used for empirical verification. Based on the above results, all four dimensions of innovation are positively associated with consumer attraction. Consumer appeal thus increases satisfaction and serves as a partial mediator between marketing-model innovation and satisfaction. The empirical results provide a reference for modifying the new-media marketing plan of the cultural-museum institution.
