Abstract Federal learning technology can realize global data sharing and reduce the risk of privacy disclosure under the premise of ensuring data security. Aiming at the problem of task assignment scheduling in federated learning process, this paper studies the problem of federated learning task scheduling on NoC multi-core platform under cloud computing architecture. Considering the limited computing resources of physical nodes, this paper describes the problem of optimal assignment and execution of tasks on network nodes as a mixed integer nonlinear programming problem. In order to improve the computational effi ciency, the original problem can be equitably converted into a mixed integer linear programming problem. Finally, the scheduling method is verifi ed by real application of task set, and the infl uence of parameter selection on scheduling scheme is studied.

Abstract Apache Spark is a large-scale data processing engine, widely used in a variety of big data analysis tasks. However, data skew and data locality issues can cause performance degradation in Spark applications. This paper investigates Spark performance tuning strategies based on Skewed Partitioning and Locality-aware Partitioning. Firstly, the infl uence of data skew and data localizability problems in Spark is analyzed, and then a perfo rmance tuning method combining Skewed Partitioning and Locality-aware Partitioning is proposed. Experimental results show that this method can significantly improve the efficiency of Spark jobs when dealing with large data sets, compared with traditional HashPartitioner.

Abstract Based on the institutional theory, this study explores how institutional pressure aff ects the omnichannel strategic choice of retail enterprises. The results show that mandatory pressure, imitative pressure and normative pressure all positively aff ect the adoption of omnichannel strategy by retail enterprises. Abstract Objective To investigate the college students’ acceptance of solid model teaching and virtual model teaching. Methods Several factors (behavioral intention, effort expectation and performance expectation) in UTAUT (Integrated Technology Acceptance Model) were used for data analysis using T-test. Results The experimental results showed that students had higher behavioral intention to the entity model, higher eff ort expectation and performance expectation to the entity model, and the diff erence was signifi cant. Compared with the virtual 3D model, students prefer the physical device that can be held in their hands and operated. Conclusion In the design of robot application programming teaching platform, we should appropriately introduce the teaching link of solid model, and combine the advantages of virtual model and solid model.

Abstract Framework based on fuzzy logic concept is proposed to solve the problem of data distribution and load balancing scheduling in cloud environment. The framework comprehensively considers the system load, data access mode and node resources, aiming at the balanced distribution of data and the reasonable scheduling of load. By fuzzy processing the resource status information in the cloud environment, the advantage of fuzzy logic can refl ect the actual situation more accurately. At the same time, considering the size, type and access frequency of data and other factors, the data is distributed to diff erent server nodes to achieve the balance of data distribution. Based on the load balancing algorithm, the task allocation strategy is dynamically adjusted according to the resource status information and task load of each server node to improve the performance and reliability of the system. Abstract Now our country has a huge electric power system, it needs a complex electric power transmission network to support its normal operation. Based on this background, this paper designs an intelligent high-altitude line inspection vision module based on KendryteK210 microcontroller. The module can be used as a UAV load to carry out efficient power line patrol work, and wireless communication is carried out by ESP8285Wi-Fi. First of all, the inspection vision module uses OV2640 visible light camera to complete the target image data acquisition. Then, in the process of data processing, the least square method and Theil-Sen regression algorithm are combined to get the target line object, so as to get the slope and length of the line object and other parameters. Finally, the target in the image was identifi ed based on the yolov2 neural network model, and then the fl ight path instruction was provided for the UAV platform.

As a key component of the generator set, the water inlet pressure steel pipe, because of its large diameter and long distance characteristics, makes the past by manual detection and maintenance of the operation mode has a long period, high labor intensity and other problems. With the progress of robot technology, mobile robots are considered to solve the above problems instead of manual work. In the inspection and maintenance of pressure steel pipe, there are many tasks around welding seams. In order to improve the quality and effi ciency of robot operation, it is necessary to realize high-precision welding seam identifi cation. This paper takes the welding seam identifi cation of pressure steel pipe as the research content, adopts the semantic segmentation method based on improved DeepLabv3+, takes the two-track wall-climbing mobile robot as the test platform, and takes the actual pressure steel pipe as the test object to carry out the algorithm instantiation test and analysis. Field tests show that the pressure steel pipe weld identifi cation technology can identify the weld effi ciently and accurately, which is helpful to improve the working effi ciency and accuracy of the wall-climbing robot.

Abstract This paper establishes a complex network model of communication system based on complex network theory. Through the analysis of network topology and node importance, the key nodes of the network are destroyed to carry on the destruction resistance analysis and repair to ensure the connectivity of the network after destruction, that is, the smooth communication, so as to ensure the importance of channel transmission. According to the real data, the minimum spanning tree prim algorithm is used to establish a complex network composed of 139 nodes and 138 edges, which is a complex network model with no loop (loop increases the cost of communication network), no direction (communication between cities is bidirectional) and no focus (communication network laying lines without crossing). Based on the complex network model, the topology and network connectivity of the destroyed three nodes (Beijing, Wuhan and Shanghai) have changed. The establishment of backup base stations in diff erent cases is discussed for the addition of independent connected branches, namely communities, after the three nodes are deleted. After the destruction of Wuhan, the entire communication network will be divided into two “communities”. Abstract In this paper, ZnO-based nanostructured films were prepared by hydrothermal method on ZnO seed layers obtained by sol-gel method and AZO transparent conductive glass. X RD, SEM, sheet resistance test, transmittance and haze spectra were used to characterize the structure, morphology, optoelectronic properties and light trapping abilities of the films. The effects of seed layer concentration and hydrothermal growth temperature on the characteristics of ZnO-based nanostructured fi lms were studied, and the prepared fi lms had light trapping eff ects and high total transmittance in the visible light region.

Abstract In this paper, ZnO seed layer was prepared on glass substrate by sol-gel method, and ZnO nanorods were grown on the seed layer by hydrothermal method. ZnO fi lms with nanorod structures were obtained. B y changing the concentration of hydrothermal growth, diff erent ZnO fi lms with nanorod structures were obtained, and the structure, morphology, transmittance and light trapping properties of the fi lms were characterized. The optical properties of ZnO fi lms with nanorod structures under diff erent growth conditions were studied in order to improve the light trapping properties of ZnO fi lms while ensuring high transmittance of the fi lms.

Abstract In this paper, polyol method was used to prepare different silver nanowires solutions by changing the concentration of FeCl3·6H2O solution, and the solutions were spin-coated on conductive glass substrates to form silver nanowires fi lms. The eff ect of the concentration of FeCl3·6H2O solution on the structure, surface morphology and optoelectronic properties of silver nanowires fi lms were investigated. When 600 μM FeCl3·6H2O solution was added, the fi lm had a high haze value of 0.099 at 550 nm and a low sheet resistance of 5.92 Ω/sq. The light trapping ability and electrical conductivity of silver nanowires fi lms are improved.

Abstract We used 3D particle-in-cell (PIC) simulations to investigate the eff ect of a single high-energy Laguerre-Gaussian laser pulse interacting with an underdense plasma on the acceleration process of a proton beam. The single-beam LG laser drive solves the problem of the need for external proton injection and the synchronization of two laser pulses. The circularly polarized LG laser fi rst takes protons out of the high-density plasma target and pre-accelerates them through the radiation pressure acceleration mechanism (RPA). Then, when the LG laser pulse enters the low-density plasma, a special cavity structure with electron columns will be formed due to the special transverse intensity distribution of the LG laser. The self-injected proton in the special cavity will be accelerated while being confi ned to the center and steadily accelerated by the tail fi eld of the cavity at very long distances.3D PIC simulation results show when using power density when the LG laser is captured, the self-injected protons are accelerated to very high energies(the maximum energy of a proton is )and lower divergence.

Abstract Research on automatic monitoring and recognition methods for crop growth status based on machine vision is an important direction in the development of modern agriculture. By conducting real-time monitoring and recognition of the growth status of crops, it is possible to detect problems in crop growth in a timely manner and improve crop yield and quality. This method utilizes image processing and computer vision technology, extracts useful feature representations from images using deep learning methods, and classifi es the growth status of crops based on these features. This method is of great signifi cance, as it can not only improve agricultural production effi ciency and reduce production costs, but also improve the quality of agricultural products and bring more economic and social benefi ts to agricultural production. Abstract There are many drawbacks in the current traditional agricultural model, which consumes a lot of manpower, material resources and fi nancial resources to solve the problem of crop growth environment. In order to change this situation, real-time detection and remote control of its environmental data, an intelligent greenhouse integrated system based on the Internet of Things was proposed. The system includes four modules: environment detection, gateway transmission, control execution and remote monitoring. The environment detection module detects the growth environment information in real time, and uploads real-time data with the help of the Internet of Things gateway. Users can remotely monitor the growing environment and growth state of crops in the greenhouse through mobile phone apps and computer web pages. At the same time, according to the growth environment data, control and implement equipment to adjust environmental factors in time to achieve accurate planting and improve crop yield and quality.
